What does time really mean?

Here are some random thoughts on time. I have too much time to just sit here and think.

What time frame makes a long term relationship? Does it have to have a category, like friendship, dating, lover, marriage?

How long is long enough to wait for sex? Depends on the "moment" or the "lover" or your personal morals?

How long do you have to have sex to say your are "trying to have a baby" and how long is so long you say you have infertility problems?

How long do you have to live somewhere to say you lived there? Have an address, get mail, make history or just claim it? What if you are dating someone and staying over all the time, do you really "live there" when you get a drawer?

"I've been driving a long time" how about that one. Does it depend on if you are looking for a house party, lost or taking a driving vacation?

"We will leave in a little bit" who determines how long that is? Obviously the person stating it, but when is it appropriate to ask again "are we leaving yet?"

  1. Time is relative. What's one minute to a person may seem an eternity to another. :)
